Refund policy

At Modinza, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

·        Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging

·        All tags and labels must be intact

·        Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@modinza.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return request is approved, you will receive:

·        A return authorization confirmation

·        A return shipping label

·        Instructions on how and where to return your item

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the customer wishes to return any item for any reason, Modinza will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Customers will not be required to pay any shipping charges in any return scenario, including change of mind, wrong size, defective product, or any other reason.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item following the return process outlined above.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time (typically 3–5 business days) to process and reflect the refund.
